My Mom kept saying, “Just put one foot in front of the other.” You will have days when you expect things to move fast. You will have days when you feel like you’re going crazy. Just get up each morning with the expectation to move a few steps forward so you can accomplish something, even if it’s only one thing.

Tape these words to your wall or bathroom mirror:

  • You’re running a marathon, not a sprint
  • Just put one foot in front of the other
